What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
The majority of our items are manufactured on demand.  Each item has a different lead time.  On average, please allow 5-8 days for the item to be produced, then 5-7 days for the item to be shipped.  You will receive a tracking number once the items is shipped.  If you would like a status update on your order, please email us at pinhidegolf@gmail.com

Can I return my order if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please email us at pinhidegolf@gmail.com to start the refund process for a defective or damaged item.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours.  We do not offer refunds after 24 hours of purchase.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please email us asap at pinhidegolf.com if you have entered an incorrect shipping address and we will rectify the issue.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary for each product.  On average, please account for 5-7 days in transit.
